TeamRoom FC provides youth and community soccer clubs with software for roster, guardian, dues, attendance, match, lineup, result, reporting, and club operations workflows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use TeamRoom FC only for lawful club operations and to keep account access secure.
Accounts And Club Data
Club owners and administrators are responsible for the information they add to their workspace, including player, guardian, staff, payment-note, and match information. Do not add information unless you have permission to use it for club operations.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan prices, limits, and included features are shown on the pricing and billing pages before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Customers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through Stripe customer billing management when available.
Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, subscription payments are not refundable after a billing period begins. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund prior payments.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TeamRoom FC to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account, scrape the service, or send spam or abusive communications. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, clubs, or the service.
Service Limits
TeamRoom FC organizes club operations and payment records, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or safeguarding advice. Clubs remain responsible for their own compliance, payment handling decisions, and communications with members.
