TeamRoom FC collects and processes information needed to operate a youth or community soccer club workspace, provide support, secure accounts, and process subscriptions.
Information We Process
The service may store account details, club settings, roster records, guardian and contact information, attendance, match details, lineups, results, dues and balance records, payment-status metadata, exports, audit logs, and support communications.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the workspace, authenticate users, enforce permissions, send operational notifications, support club administrators, improve product quality, and maintain billing and security records.
Payments And Service Providers
Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing portal sessions. Resend may process operational email delivery. Supabase and Vercel host core application infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Youth And Guardian Data
Club administrators decide what player and guardian information is added to their workspace. Clubs should only add youth player information when they have the authority to use it for team operations and should avoid storing sensitive information that is not needed for the app workflows.
Data Access And Retention
Club owners and authorized administrators can access and update workspace records. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet billing and security needs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
